What is Yoga?
Yoga is the union of the body, breath and mind. Practicing Yoga, even for 15-20 minutes daily, can bring positive changes to your life such as relaxation, increased health, increased immune functions and weight loss. Turning inward and connecting with your breath calms and quiets the mind. The practice will include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mantra, mudra, and Ayurvedic instruction. The approach is towards healing body and mind.
